Felice Development Group converted this unique historical townhouse to create new boutique luxury residences — the Cosmos Building located in the heart of the U Street Corridor. This condominium building includes streamlined aesthetics balanced by modern finishes. FDG worked with the DC Historic Preservation Review Board to maintain the building's authenticity.
