The Yards DC Urby

Located at the southeast corner of First and N Streets SE, The Yards DC Urby will deliver 467 apartments above 22,000 square feet of retail space, including a ground floor café, as well as a central courtyard with lush green spaces. As part of a larger joint venture between Ironstate Development and Brookfield Properties currently in its second phase, the 48-acre development at The Yards is set to deliver 25 buildings, acres of open space, 2M square feet of office, 400,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, and 3,400 residential units.
