Towngate III & IV

Standing tall on the upper cusp of Old Town Alexandria, Towngate offers two ideally-located condominium buildings adjacent to the George Washington Memorial Parkway and Mount Vernon Trail. The existing office buildings were remade into 81 innovative one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium residences. As part of the conversion, the buildings were outfitted with conference space, a fitness studio, yoga room, dog spa, and bike storage, as well as a shared rooftop terrace with views of the Potomac River and Washington, DC.
